A native of Paris, Benjamin Le Moal grown from a young age a deep passion for gastronomy.

Trained in the excellence of today combines creativity, high standards and attention to detail at the service of culinary experiences exception.

In parallel to his activities as a private chef, he creates and develops the concepts UNIK : food events, ephemeral, immersive and bold, organized in places among the most unusual.

A hotel full of history with a rooftop with a view over all of Paris, or in the basins emptied of an Art deco swimming pool, each gastronomic event becomes a sensory journey out of the ordinary.

Nothing is left to chance : the arrangement of the space, furniture, lighting, decoration, selection of service providers... Everything is thought out to create a parenthesis magical and memorable.

When 900 000 m3 of water, leave room for the magic gastronomy, a simple place becomes a scene of exception.
Imagine a swimming pool is classified as a historical monument, completely emptied, transformed to accommodate a gastronomic event spectacular.

For three unique evenings, the pools become the theatre of a pop-up restaurant, which is as unexpected as it is unforgettable.
In three days, kitchens, lighting, customized accommodation and scenery come to life at the bottom of swimming pools.
