A native of Paris, the chief Benjamin Le Moal has been cultivated since childhood a deep passion for the French gastronomy. Very soon, he explores the paris markets, curious about the local products and local culinary traditions. In parallel, he discovered the richness of the sea in Brittany, with seafarers, fishermen and their stories. Therefore, he assists his mother in the kitchen, learning the basics of home cooking simple and generous.

Subsequently, he joined FERRANDI Paris, the benchmark of excellence training to the gourmet kitchen. Thanks to this school, he improved his technique and his requirement to the sides of the chefs who are passionate and caring. Then, he trained at Paris and in the provinces, in institutions recognized for their rigor and creativity. This diversity of experiences forged his identity culinary : demanding, sincere and focused on the pleasure of sharing.

In 2013, he decides to become a private chef of france, to offer a bespoke service, intimate and refined. In effect, he created his company with the strong desire to make haute cuisine accessible, at home. Today, he imagines for each client a single benefit, which combines culinary expertise and attention to detail. Thus, this private chef French combines gastronomic excellence and proximity, to transform every meal in the time of exception.

In particular, he took part in the F1 Grand Prix and the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show, recognized in the world.
